Meikillä on ihmeellinen voima miten se voi muuttaa ulkonäköämme. Elämme ajassa, jossa some täyttyy koko ajan ”täydellisten” naisten kuvista ja elämästä. Se antaa muille mielikuvan siitä, että kaikki näyttävät epätodellisen upeilta koko ajan.
Rakastan meikkaamista. Alla olevassa kuvassa mulla on meikkiä ja pidän siitä, mutta se ei tarkoita että käyttäysin sitä koko ajan. Sillä itsetuntoni ei saisi romahtaa tuhansiksi palasiksi vain kun pesen kasvani meikistä pois.
Itse olen kamppailut ulkonäköpaineista. Ja miten olen päässyt niistä yli on se, että en ole käyttänyt meikkiä toistuvasti ja jakanut iho- ongelmatkin kaikkien nähtäviksi. Elikäs näyttämällä sen ”ruman ja iljettävän” puolen itsestään on parantunut itsetuntoani, ja se on mahtavaa! Se on outoa, mutta siinä taitaa piileäkin todellisuuden posiitiivinen voima! 🙂 Se että olen jakanut muille ulkonäköni ongelmat ovat saaneet hyväksymään itteni sellasena kuin oon.
Jokainen on kaunis ilman meikkiä, se on mun mielipide. Se että näyttää ”virheettömältä” ei tee sinusta kaunista ihmistä. Tämä aivan varmasti kuulostaa kliseiseltä, mutta juuri ne meidän ”virheet” tekee meistä ainutlaatuisia ja kauniita. Ja se on mielestäni todella kaunista!
Yllä olevassa kuvassa oon täysin ilman meikkiä. Joidenkin mielestä olen aivan varmasti ruman näköinen ja ajattelevat ” Miten toi kehtaa…” ja olkoon niin, jokaisella on oikeus omaan mielipiteensä. Ainoa mikä merkitsee on se, että itse olen tyytyväinen siihen miltä itse näytän. Oon nyt 15- vuotias ja hyvin voin kattoo aamulla peiliin meikittömiä kasvojani ja olla ajattelematta negatiivisia asioita, vaan ajattelen että olen kaunis… Kauan siihen meni, mutta oon onnellinen, että tajusin jo näin nuorena sen, että olen kaunis, eikä ole väliä mitä muut ajattelevat.
